1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wpcnt ("wpcnt", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at wpcnt.io. By registering an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or using any service offered through wpcnt, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any wpcnt service. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to open and maintain an account with wpcnt, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Age verification will be conducted during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, and any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

• You are registering and acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• You are not a current or former employee of wpcnt or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or contracted game providers in a role that provides access to non-public information that could confer an unfair advantage.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or disorder that has led, or is likely to lead, to harm to yourself or others as a result of using this platform.

wpcnt reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend an account pending the outcome of such a verification exercise.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account with wpcnt. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, wpcnt reserves the right to close all but the earliest registered account and to void any winnings or bonuses generated across duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to update your account details promptly whenever a material change occurs. wpcnt will not accept liability for failed communications or delayed transactions arising from inaccurate account information.

3.3 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, wpcnt will require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may include, but is not limited to:

• Submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Verification of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad transaction history confirming account ownership).

wpcnt will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals will be held in a pending state until verification is complete. Providing false, altered, or misleading documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and referral to the appropriate authorities.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. wpcnt will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login details. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wpcnt currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):

• International Card Networks: Visa, Mastercard

wpcnt reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform's payment section.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by wpcnt at the platform level, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps. wpcnt does not charge a fee on deposits. Deposits are credited to your wpcnt wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant provider, which is typically within seconds for bKash and Nagad transactions.

You must only use payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be refunded and may trigger an account review. wpcnt is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers' own processing times or technical issues.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after your KYC verification has been completed and approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices.

wpcnt targets a processing time of 15 minutes for verified accounts withdrawing to bKash and Nagad during standard operating hours. Processing times for card withdrawals may be longer, subject to the relevant card network's settlement schedule. wpcnt does not charge a platform-side withdrawal fee; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges for which wpcnt bears no responsibility.

wpcnt reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. Such requests may be subject to additional documentation requirements and extended processing timelines.

4.4 Currency

All balances, transactions, and game stakes on wpcnt are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is required for Bangladeshi players using local payment methods. wpcnt is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by international card issuers when processing Visa or Mastercard transactions for cardholders whose accounts are denominated in a currency other than BDT.

5. Bonus and Promotional Terms

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by wpcnt are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between those specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each promotion are stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering, while live table games and certain other game categories may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

wpcnt actively monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk or mathematically hedged betting strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent; and colluding with other players to share or redistribute bonus funds. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, wpcnt reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel any pending withdrawals of associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

wpcnt reserves the right to modify the terms of, or withdraw, any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retrospectively invalidate wagering activity already completed in good faith under the original promotion terms.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on the wpcnt platform are provided by independent third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game operates under its own published rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and paytable, which are accessible within the game interface. wpcnt does not modify the underlying game mechanics or RTP values supplied by licensed game providers.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, or create derivative works from any part of the wpcnt platform without express written permission from wpcnt. Unauthorised use of any wpcnt intellectual property may give rise to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wpcnt and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and game providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising out of your use of the platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services caused by circumstances beyond wpcnt's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, government action, or third-party payment provider failures.

Nothing in this clause limits wpcnt's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

wpcnt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. wpcnt applies industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions between your device and our servers and maintains strict internal data access controls to prevent unauthorised disclosure.

wpcnt will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 12. Account Suspension and Termination

wpcnt reserves the right to suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: a breach of these Terms has occurred or is imminent; your account is subject to a fraud investigation; your KYC documentation requires further review; or a regulatory or law enforcement request requires account suspension pending investigation.

12.2 Termination by wpcnt

wpcnt may permanently close an account following a confirmed breach of these Terms, completion of a fraud investigation resulting in adverse findings, or receipt of a valid legal order requiring account closure. Where an account is closed as a result of a confirmed breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

12.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting wpcnt support via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, any remaining real-money balance that is not subject to an active investigation or pending wagering requirement will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13. Amendments to These Terms

wpcnt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, wpcnt will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
